I would NOT recommend this rower to anyone. Our use was no more than 3 hours per week for 13 months before it broke down in a way that could not be repaired. Maximum weight of users 175 pounds. Ages of 2 users–60’s. I have bought another brand of rower, on which I was able to purchase a 5 year service contract. I was able to get in home delivery and assembly and the service contract for the same price as this rower with “in home” delivery, which is NOT assembly.
